Bolz Center for Arts Administration

Bolz News:
Graduates Span the Globe

Since graduating in May 2003, the most recent Bolz Center class has all found exciting and dynamic work at arts organizations here and abroad. Here's a quick rundown on where they all went:
  • Melanie Aquino traveled to Manchester, England, representing the City of Toronto as part of its new Creative Youth Envoy program. Melanie will spend six months in Manchester, supporting their academic program in popular culture, and their business support initiative in creative industries.
  • Denise Bouvet began work with the Rochester Art Center in Minnesota shortly after her graduation (and wedding, and move, and...).
  • Tara Carter took a job with Nonesuch Records, a funky division of AOL/Time Warner in New York. Bolz Center alumnus David Bither is on the leadership team of the label.
  • Michael Paré became the new Operations Manager for the Madison Youth Choirs, a newly merged organization comprising the Madison Boychoir and the Madison's Children's Choir. Bolz alumnus Eric Salisbury is the organization's Executive Director.
  • David Pausch stayed on at Madison Repertory Theater, where he served as project assistant during his student days. He now works as the company's Development Associate.
  • Carolyn Treeby accepted the position of Company Manager for Ballet Internationale in Indianapolis, Indiana.
